Hi Jason, we’d love for you to start by introducing yourself. "I come from a rough upbringing of poverty and constant instability. I began to suffer from severe depression and almost felt hopeless in life until I decided I wanted to change everything. I started working hard to change my daily habits. I adopted a more positive mindset, I began to hold myself accountable for my reality.
Through consistent strength training and mobility exercise, I started to build self-confidence, which led me to experiment with things like meditation and breathwork. Now I have a healthy connection with who I am, I understand my purpose, and I feel worthy of this life. I truly believe a healthy body and healthy mindset are reciprocal as well as vital to living a happy, fulfilling life."
