Avidity Fit specializes in outdoor functional training so clients not only experience the best possible organic workouts but also enjoy the amazing beauty of Mother Nature.  Each work out will incorporate a unique Brazilian flavor to ensure a new exciting workout experience you’ll never forget.

  • Dynamic warm ups designed to help you to reach your peak performance in and out of the water
  • Underwater rock training  – improve breathe control and endurance
  • Waterfall Hikes – work on endurance and balance
  • Kayaking – improve balance , endurance, upper body power
  • Standup Paddle Board – endurance, core  and upper body strength

A Sample Day at Camp:

  • 6:00 am Fresh Organic Brazilian Power Breakfast
  • 7:00 am Yoga for surf
  • 7:30 am Surf Session @ one of the prime surfing spots in Brazil, surrounded by exotic nature, rain forest and white sands
  • 11:30 am Lunch at The Prumirim AvidityFit House (Meals designed by our top Nutritionist and prepared by our Native Gourmet Chef 100% Organic Exotic Nutritious)
  • 1:30 pm Kayak or Paddle board to the Prumirim Island
  • 2:30 pm Snorkel at the island
  • 4:30 pm Beach functional Training workout
  • 7:00 pm Dinner followed by Surfing Video Analysis
  • 8:30 pm Luau Party
